Tool Bar Buttons: Document Display

The Document Display screen has tool bar buttons in addition to those displayed throughout the main application. This topic will discuss only those buttons unique to the Document Display screen.



  The Printer prints the document which is being presently viewed.

  The hand tool enables you to move a single document page on the screen when the page does not fit within the main window. Drag the hand tool in the direction you want to move the page.

  The zoom tools magnify and reduce the page display.

  The Page Only button closes the overview area of the window.

  The Thumbnail and Page button opens the overview area and displays thumbnail images of each document page. Click a thumbnail to go to the page marked by that thumbnail.

  The First Page and Last Page buttons move the document to the first or last page of a document.

  The Previous Page and Next Page buttons move the document backward or forward one page at a time.

  The Actual Size button displays the page at 100% magnification.

  The Fit Page button scales the page to fit within the window.

  The Fit Width button scales the page to fill the width of the window.

  The binocular button controls the Find function. It is used to find a word in a document.

  The Adobe Icon button will take you to the Adobe Acrobat help web page if you have access to the Internet.
